Indian Airforce has published notification for the recruitment of Airman Group X (technical), Group Y (Non technical - Autotech, GTI, IAF(P), excluding musician trades) trades. Unmarried men of Lakshadweep can apply. Eligible candidates may attend the recruitment Rally conducted from 5th April 2017 to 10th April 2017 at Govt. Higher Secondary School, Kavaratti, Lakshadweep.
IAF Airman Recruitment Rally 2017 Details

Education Qualification:
For Group X (Technical): Candidates should have passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and English with 50% marks or passed three years Diploma Course in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology branches with 50% marks from a recognized board/ polytechnic/ university.
For Group Y (Non technical):
Candidates should have passed 10+2/ Chase or its equivalent qualification with 50% marks. Candidates should have passed English with 50% marks.
Selection Process: Selection process for IAF recruitment rally 2017 at Lakshadweep will be based on Written test, Physical test, Personal Interview, Trade Allocation test and Medical test.
Physical Requirements:
Height: 152.5 cm
Chest expansion: 5 cm
Weight: Proportionate to Height
Age limit: Candidates should have born between 7th July 1997 and 20th December 2000 (both days inclusive).
How to Apply: Recruitment Rally notification is published on official website www.indianairforce.nic.in of Indian Air Force. Please refer the website for more information. Candidates should bring original certificates to prove educational qualification, self attested 4 copies of certificates, original domicile certificate to prove permanent residency in Lakshadweep, attested copies of the same and 7 recently taken passport size photographs for the recruitment rally. Eligible candidates for Indian Air Force recruitment rally 2017 may attend at following address on 10th April 2017 at Government Higher Secondary School, Kavaratti, Lakshadweep Island.
