Indian Air Force has notified for the recruitment of 239 Group C vacancies in IAF under Headquarter Training Command, Bangalore and Eastern Air Command unit. Store Keeper, Lower Division Clerk, Cook, Multi Tasking Staff & Other vacancies (Group C Civilian) are available. Last date for the receipt of application is 25th March 2017.

1. Store Keeper: 15 Posts
Educational Qualification: 12th pass or its equivalent. Experience in Public sector enterprises or private Companies is desirable.

2. Lower Division Clerk: 22 Posts
Educational Qualification: 12th pass or its equivalent. A typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi in typewriter. A typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi in computer. Knowledge of Ms office is desirable.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1900 as grade pay.
3. Cook: 24 Posts
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. Six months prior experience.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1900 as grade pay.
4. Ayah/ Ward Sahayika: 6 Post
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. One year prior experience.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1800 as grade pay.
5. Multi Tasking Staff: 69 Posts
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. One year prior experience as watch man, gardener or lascar is desirable.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1800 as grade pay.
6. Mess Staff: 18 Posts
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. One year prior experience as waiter, washer up posts is desirable .
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1800 as grade pay.
7. Safaiwala/ Safaiwali: 49 Posts
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1800 as grade pay.
8. Stenographer Grade II: 2 Posts
Educatioanal Qualification: 12th pass or its equivalent. Skill test - Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 wpm. Transcription: 65mts (English), 75 mts (Hindi) in typewriter. 50 mts (English), 65 mts (Hindi) in computer.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 2400 as grade pay.
9. Lab Assistant: 1 Post
Educational Qualification: Graduation in Science and One year experience in laboratories.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 2800 as grade pay.
10. Hindi Typist: 2 Posts
Educational Qualification: 12th pass or its equivalent. Should have a speed of 25 wpm in Hindi using typewriter or 30 wpm using computer. Knowledge in MS office is desirable.
11. Junior Artist Grade II: 2 Posts
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. Certificate from Arts School or College. Expertise in Drawing. Computer literacy is desirable.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 2400 as grade pay.
12. Civilian Mechanical Transport Driver (Ordinary Grade): 2 Posts
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. Driving licence for Heavy/Light vehicles. Knowledge in motor mechanism. Two years prior experience.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1900 as grade pay.
13. Fireman: 15 Posts
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. Should have done training in fire fighting. Should handle fire fighting equipments. Prior Experience as Fireman Grade I, Senior Fireman is desirable.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1900 as grade pay.
14. Carpenter: 2 Posts
Educational Qualification: ITI

15. Dhobi: 1 Post
Educational Qualification: 10th pass or its equivalent. One year prior experience.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1800 as grade pay.
16. Painter: 1 Post
Educational Qualification: ITI
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 1900 as grade pay.
17. Superintendent(Store): 1 Post
Educational Qualification: Graduation. Experience in Public sector enterprises or private Companies is desirable.
Salary Scale: Rs 5200 - Rs 20200, Rs 2400 as grade pay.
Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18 – 27 years for Stenographer Grade II/ Junior Artist Grade II/ Fireman Posts & 18 – 25 years for Other Posts as on last date for receipt of application. Age relaxation is applicable to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PH/ Ex Serviceman/ Departmental Candidates/ Other eligible categories as per rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Written test/ Skill test/ Practical test/ Physical Test. Questions from General Intelligence, Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, General English and General Awareness according to the post can be expected for written exam.

Age Limit: Age of candidates should be between 18 and 25 years. Age relaxation as per GOI rules is applicable for those who are applying for reservation posts.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Skill test/ Practical test/ Physical Test.
