Online applications are invited by Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), Refineries Division, Haldia Refinery for the recruitment of Junior Engineering Assistant IV, Junior Materials Assistant IV and Junior Quality Control Analyst IV vacancies. 74 Vacancies are available. Women candidates need not apply for the posts. Last date for Applying online is 19th May 2017.

4. Junior Engineering Assistant IV (Mechanical): 15 Posts (Gen-7,SC-3, ST-1,OBC-3,PWD-1OH)
5. Junior Engineering Assistant IV (Instrumentation): 3 Posts (Gen-2,SC-1)
6. Junior Engineering Assistant IV (Fire & Safety): 3 Posts (Gen-2,OBC-1)

Age Limit: Age of Candidates should be between 18 and 26 years for General category candidates as on 30th April 2017. Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Educational Qualification:

For Post 1:
Candidates should possess 3 years full time, regular/ sandwich Diploma in Chemical/ Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering or B.Sc (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ ST candidates against reserved positions.

For Post 2:
Candidates must possess 3 years full time, regular/ sandwich Diploma course in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University and Boiler Competency Certificate (with minimum 2nd Class), Matriculation with ITI (Fitter) with Boiler Competency Certificate (with minimum 2nd Class) & B.Sc (PCM) with an Apprenticeship Training in Boiler Trade.

For Post 3:
Candidates should possess 3 years full time, regular/ sandwich Diploma course in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ ST candidates against reserved positions.

For Post 4:
Candidates should possess 3 years full time, regular/ sandwich Diploma course in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ ST/ PWD candidates against reserved/ identified for PWD positions or Matriculation with ITI in Fitter Trade with a pass.

For Post 5:
Candidates should possess 3 years full time, regular/ sandwich Diploma course in Instrumentation/ Instrumentation & Electronics/ Instrumentation and Control from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ ST candidates against reserved positions.

For Post 6:
Candidates should possess Matriculation plus Sub-Officer’s Course from NFSC, Nagpur or Equivalent (Regular) course from any other recognized institute with Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence.

For Post 7:
Candidates should possess 3 Years full time regular/sandwich Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General and OBC candidates & 45% in case of SC/ ST/ PwD candidates against reserved/ identified for PWD positions.

For Post 8:
Candidates should possess B.Sc with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics from a recognized University with minimum of 50% marks in aggregate for General & OBC candidates and 45% in case of SC/ ST/ PwD candidates against reserved/ identified for PwD positions or M.Sc (Chemistry-Regular course) from a recognized University with minimum 45% marks in aggregate for General and OBC candidates and 40% in case of SC/ ST/ PwD candidates against reserved/ identified for PwD positions with relevant experience.

Selection Process: Selection will be on the basis of written test, skill/ proficiency/ physical test. Date for attending interview/written exam will be intimated through email.

Application Fee: Candidates need to pay Rs. 150/- (General and OBC) in the form of a crossed Demand Draft in favour of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., Payable at State Bank of India, Haldia Refinery Campus Branch. (Branch Code: 7090). SC/ ST/ PWD/ Ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
