National Insurance Company Ltd. (NICL), Kolkata invites online applications from graduates for the recruitment of Administrative Officers (Generalist) in Scale-I cadre from open market. 205 Vacancies are available. Last date for online submission of application is 20th April 2017.

Age Limit : Age of candidates should be between 21 and 30 years as on 1st March 2017.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST candidates have 5 years of age relaxation and OBC candidates have 3 years of age relaxation on upper age limit. Age relaxation for Ex-servicemen and PWD candidates is applicable as per rules.
Pay Scale : Rs. 32795 - Rs. 62315/- in Scale-I
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess Graduation/ Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent qualification recognized as such by Central Government with at least 60% marks in either of the degree examination (at least 55% marks for SC/ST) candidates. Qualification must be attained before 20th April 2017.
Exam Centres in Kerala: Kochi, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode
Selection Process:
Selection will be done in 2 phases. Candidates will be selected based on Preliminary exam, Main exam and Interview. Candidates shortlisted after priliminary exam can attend the main exam. Priliminary exam will be of objective type. Questions will be based on English language (30), Reasoning Ability (35) and Quantitative Aptitude (35). Questions will be out of 100 marks. For main exam, questions will be based on both objective and descriptive type. Final list will be published after interview. Tentative date for Priliminary exam is 3rd and 4th of June 2017. Call letter can be downloaded 10 days before the exam.
Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.600/- as Application fee. (Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates) Fee payment can be done online.

Photograph and signature of candidates should be uploaded during registration. Make sure that the file size of photograph is between 20 and 50 KB and that of signature is between 10 and 20 KB. Colour Photograph should be taken with white or lighter colour background. Signature scanned should be marked with black ink in white paper.
