Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has published notification from Male Indian citizens for the recruitment of SI (Overseer) ASI/ Draughtsman & CT/ Pioneer (Mason/ Plumber/ Electrician/ Carpenter/ Painter) vacancies under direct recruitment. 240 Vacancies are available. Eligible candidates can apply online from 6th April 2017 onwards. Last date to apply online is 5th May 2017.

1. SI/ Overseer (Civil): 135 Posts
Educational Qualification
Three year Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Age Limit: Age of candidates should have be between 21 and 30 years. Candidates should have been born between 6th May 1987 and 5th May 1996.
2. ASI/ Draughtsman: 3 Posts
Educational Qualification
1. 10th pass with English, General Science and Mathematics as subjects or its equivalent qualification.
2. Draughtsman Diploma in Civil/ Mechanical trades from any Govt. recognised polytechnic.
3. CT/ Mason: 65 Posts
4. CT/ Plumber: 11 Posts
5. CT/ Electrician: 14 Posts
6. CT/ Carpenter: 6 Posts
7. CT/ Painter: 6 Posts
Educational Qualification
1. 10th pass or its equivalent qualification.
2. One year prior experience in respective trade.
3. ITI/ 3 month Skill Qualification Certificate course from National Skill Development Agency.
Age Limit:
For SI/ Overseer (Civil):
Age of Candidates should be between 21 and 30 years as on 5th May 2017. Candidates must have been born between 6th May 1987 and 5th May 1996.
For ASI/ Draughtsman:
Age of Candidates should be between 18 and 25 years as on 5th May 2017. Candidates must have been born between 6th May 1992 and 5th May 1999.
For CT: Age of Candidates should be between18 and 23 years as on 5th May 2017. Candidates must have been born between 6th May 1994 and 5th May 1999.
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Physical test, Written Exam, Skill test and Medical test. Those who succeed in Physical test will only be allowed to attend Written exam. Written examination will be on 30th July 2017. Candidates can write the exam either in Hindi or in English. Exam will be of objective type.
Application Fee: Candidates should pay Rs.200/- for SI/ Overseer (Civil) Post and Rs 100/- for all other posts for General (UR)/ OBC candidates through online using Net Banking, Credit card/ Debit Card of any bank or by using SBI Challan which is to be paid in any branch of SBI. Those who use SBI challan for fee payment should do it before 1st May 2017. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Ex-Servicemen candidates are exempted from the payment of fees.
How to Apply: Eligible candidates may apply online through the website www.crpfindia.com from 6th April 2017 to 5th May 2017. Online application process is done in 3 steps. In 1st step, personal information has to be given. Second step is for registration. Photograph and signature are to be uploaded. Fee payment is the last step. Please refer the official notification carefully before applying. Application once submitted cannot be edited afterwards. The website has provided sample of the certificates to be submitted by the candidates.
